Back Health

Presenter: Jodi Brawley, University Health & Recreation Services
Description: Do you suffer from back pain, fatigue or muscle soreness? This workshop is designed to help you identify what is causing your back pain and teach you ways to prevent and manage it. Participants will learn about posture, proper stretching and strengthening techniques, and pain management. Back pain can cause further body discomforts; preventing it or managing it early are keys to a healthy back.
Accounts Payable ? The Basics and Beyond

Presenter: Accounts Payable Staff
Description: How do the bills get paid? What parts of a payment request need to be completed? Where are the instructions and rules? The Accounts Payable staff will show you how the bills get processed, review the forms, and answer your questions on how to get the bills paid as painlessly as possible, as well as how to use the PeopleSoft tools at your disposal. Bring your questions. Is there a once-a-year expense that always causes trauma and drama? Bring your unique challenges and the Accounts Payable staff will help remove at least some trauma and drama.
How Healthy is Your Heart?

Description: This program will explore the simple ways that you can improve your overall heart health. Strategies to improve your nutrition, fitness, and stress management will be explored. Come have fun, learn something new and leave relaxed.
